حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، وَابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، قَالَا :" لَا يُوَرَّثُ الْحَمِيلُ إِلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ "
