حَدَّثَنِيأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ يُونُسَ الْيَمَامِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَامُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الأُمَوِيُّ، ثنابِشْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْأَبِيهِ، عَنْجَدِّهِ، عَنْأَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِعُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَعِدَ حِرَاءً، فَارْتَجَّ بِهِمْ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" اسْكُنْ حِرَاءُ، فَمَا عَلَيْكَ إِلا نَبِيُّ أَوْ صِدِّيقٌ أَوْ شَهِيدٌ"، وَعَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَعُمَرُ، وَعُثْمَانُ، وَعَلِيٌّ، وَطَلْحَةُ، وَالزُّبَيْرُ، وَسَعْدٌ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ.
English Translation
Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Umar ibn Yunus al-Yamami narrated to us, Muhammad ibn al-Abbas al-Umawi narrated to us, Bishr ibn Abdullah ibn Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz narrated to us, from his father, from his grandfather, from Aban ibn Uthman, from his father Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace be upon him) ascended Mount Hira, and it trembled beneath them. So the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Be still, O Hira! For upon you is none but a Prophet, a truthful one (siddiq), or a martyr." And upon it were the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Ali, Talhah, al-Zubayr, Sa'd, and Sa'id ibn Zayd (may Allah be pleased with them all).
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے، نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمحراء پہاڑ پر تشریف لے گئے تو حراء لرزنے لگا تو رسول اللہ صلى الله عليه وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: حراء! ٹھہر جا، تجھ پر نبی یا صدیق یا شہید ہے۔“اور (اس وقت) اس پر رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم، ابوبکر، عمر، عثمان، علی، طلحہ، زبیر، سعد اور سعید بن زید رضی اللہ عنہم تھے۔[مسند عمر بن عبد العزيز/عمر بن عبد العزيز عن أبان بن عثمان/حدیث: 27]
