Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:10194 حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ الدَّالَانِيِّ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ «رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُسَلِّمُ تَسْلِيمَتَيْنِ»
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The best of people are my generation, then those who follow them, then those who follow them. Then there will come people whose testimony precedes their oath and whose oath precedes their testimony."
