Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:10181 حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ نُصَيْرٍ ثنا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ «السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ» وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى تَبْدُوَ لَهُمْ صَفْحَتُهُ
English Translation
'Abdullah said: "The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to give the salutation to his right and to his left until the whiteness of his cheek could be seen: 'Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah.'"
