Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9751 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزَّعْرَاءِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ «لَأَنْ يُزَاحِمَنِي بَعِيرٌ مَطْلِيٌّ بِقَطِرَانٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ تُزَاحِمَنِي امْرَأَةٌ عِطْرِةٌ»
English Translation
Ali ibn Abd al-Aziz narrated to us, from Abu Nu'aym, from Sufyan, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, from Abu al-Za'ra', from Abdullah who said: 'That a camel smeared with tar should jostle me is more beloved to me than that a perfumed woman should jostle me.'
