English Translation
Uthman ibn Umar al-Dabbi narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Raja', from Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq, from a man who said: I was sitting with Abdullah ibn Mas'ud when a man from Hamdan came and said: 'O Abu Abd al-Rahman, shall I buy this horse?' He said: 'What is its situation?' He said: 'Its owner entrusted it to me.' He said: 'Do not buy it, and do not borrow anything from his wealth.'
