Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9696 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ قَالَ نُبِّئْتُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فِي الْبِكْرِ تُسْتَكْرَهُ نَفْسُهَا «أَنَّ لِلْبِكْرِ مِثْلُ صَدَاقِ إِحْدَى نِسَائِهَا وَلِلثَّيِّبِ مِثْلُ صَدَاقِ مِثْلِهَا»
English Translation
Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated from Abd al-Razzaq, from Ibn Jurayj, from Abd al-Karim who said: I was informed about Ali and Ibn Mas'ud regarding a virgin who is forced: 'The virgin is entitled to a dowry like that of one of his (the offender's) women, and the previously-married woman is entitled to a dowry like that of her peers.'
