English Translation
Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated from Abd al-Razzaq, from Ibn Jurayj who said: Ali and Ibn Mas'ud said: 'If he accuses her (of adultery) after divorcing her while he still has the right to take her back, the li'an procedure applies. But if he accuses her after an irrevocable divorce, there is no li'an.'
