Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:8695 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ثنا زَائِدَةُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ فَأَعْجَبَهُ صَوْتِي فَقَالَ «رَتِّلْ فِدَاكَ أَبِي وَأُمِّي»
English Translation
'Alqamah said: "I recited to 'Abdullah and he was pleased with my voice. He said: 'Recite it slowly and beautifully — may my father and mother be your ransom.'"
