Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:833 حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ إِشْكَابَ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سَرِيعٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ مَا مِنْ نَسَمَةٍ تُولَدُ إِلَّا عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ حَتَّى يُعْرِبَ عَنْهَا لِسَانُهَا»
English Translation
Al-Aswad ibn Sari' narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "By the One in Whose hand is my soul, no soul is born except upon the fitrah until his tongue speaks on his behalf."
