Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:8358 حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ سَمِعَهُ مِنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ أَبِي الْعَاصِ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أُمَّ قَوْمَكَ وَاقْدِرْهُمْ بِأَضْعَفِهِمْ فَإِنَّ فِيهِمُ الْكَبِيرَ وَالضَّعِيفَ وَذَا الْحَاجَةِ»
English Translation
Uthman ibn Abi al-As said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Lead your people in prayer and measure their capacity by the weakest among them, for among them are the elderly, the weak, and those with needs.'
