English Translation
Suraqah ibn Malik said: "I entered upon the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) during his illness in which Allah took him. I asked him and he answered everything I asked about. One of the things I asked was: 'What do you think about a man who fills his watering trough and stray camels and lost animals come to drink from it — does he have a reward for giving them water?' He said: 'In every living being with a thirsty liver there is a reward for you.'"
