English Translation
Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani said: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) when it rained during the night. In the morning, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Do you know what your Lord said?" They said: "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said: "He said: 'Some of My servants have become believers in Me and some have become disbelievers. As for the one who said: We received rain by the grace and mercy of Allah — he is a believer in Me and a disbeliever in the stars. And as for the one who said: We received rain because of such-and-such star — he is a disbeliever in Me and a believer in the stars.'"
