Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:4661 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ثنا زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَكَّائِيُّ عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ حَارِثَةَ فِي ابْنَةِ حَمْزَةَ «ابْنَةُ أَخِي آخَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ أَبِيهَا»
English Translation
Al-Zubayr ibn al-'Awwam said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The disease of the nations before you has crept into you: envy and hatred. As for hatred — it is the razor. I do not say it shaves the hair, but it shaves the religion."
