English Translation
'Urwah ibn al-Zubayr said: Al-Zubayr ibn al-'Awwam accepted Islam when he was eight years old, and pledged allegiance when he was thirteen, and participated in the migration when he was eighteen. His uncle would hang him up and smoke him with fire, saying: "Return to disbelief!" He would say: "I will never return to disbelief."
