Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:282 حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ثنا ذُؤَيْبٌ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «صَلَاةُ الْهَجِيرِ مِنْ صَلَاةِ اللَّيْلِ» فَسَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ حُمَيْدٍ عَنِ الْهَجِيرِ قَالَ «إِذَا زَالَتِ الشَّمْسُ»
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'This epidemic is a piece of torment. If it occurs in a land while you are in it, do not leave it. If you hear of it in a land, do not enter it.'
