Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:2750 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ السَّقَطِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ مَأْمُونٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ ؓ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ جَدِّي رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ أَدْمَنَ الِاخْتِلَافَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ أَصَابَ أَخًا مُسْتَفَادًا فِي اللهِ ﷻ وَعِلْمًا مُسْتَطْرَفًا وَكَلِمَةً تَدَعُوهُ إِلَى الْهُدَى وَكَلِمَةً تَصْرِفُهُ عَنِ الرَّدَى وَيَتْرُكُ الذُّنُوبَ حَيَاءً أَوْ خَشْيَةً وَنِعْمَةً أَوْ رَحْمَةً مُنْتَظَرَةً»
English Translation
Al-Hasan ibn 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said he heard his grandfather, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), say: "Whoever frequents the mosque regularly will gain a new brother for the sake of Allah, new knowledge, a word that calls him to guidance, a word that diverts him from ruin, the abandonment of sins out of modesty or fear, and a blessing or mercy that is awaited."
