Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:193 حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ سُمَيْعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ «كَانَتْ إِصْبَعُ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ شَلَّاءَ ؓ»
English Translation
The arrows of Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas on the day of Uhud — Talhah was there and defended the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Talhah has earned his due.'
