Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:1431 حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَمْزَةَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ ثنا أَبُو الْأَشْعَثِ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «سَيَكُونُ أَقْوَامٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي يَتَعَاطَوْنَ فُقَهَاؤُهُمْ عُضُلَ الْمَسَائِلِ أُولَئِكَ شِرَارُ أُمَّتِي»
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "There will be people from my community whose scholars will exchange among themselves the most difficult and complex questions. Those are the worst of my community."
