Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:12399 حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْفُقَيْمِيِّ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ لَمَّا حُرِّمَتِ الْخَمْرُ مَشَى أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ وَقَالُوا حُرِّمَتِ الْخَمْرُ وَجُعِلَتْ عَدْلًا لِلشِّرْكِ
English Translation
When wine was prohibited, the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) went to one another saying: 'Wine has been prohibited and made equivalent to shirk (associating partners with Allah).'
