English Translation
Ibn Abbas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Whoever has intercourse with his wife during her menstruation should give a dinar in charity. And whoever has intercourse with her when the blood has receded but she has not yet bathed should give half a dinar.' All of that is from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
