Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11315 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ثنا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يُعْضَدُ شَوْكُ الْحَرَمِ وَلَا يُقْتَلُ صَيْدُهُ وَلَا يُخْتَلَى خَلَاهُ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لُقَطَتُهُ أَلَا لِمُنْشِدٍ»
English Translation
Ibn Abbas reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: 'The thorns of the Haram (sacred territory) are not to be cut, its game is not to be killed, its fresh herbage is not to be uprooted, and its lost property is not lawful except for the one who announces it.'
