Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:10608 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ الْعِجْلِيُّ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ «الْمَسَاجِدُ بُيُوتُ اللهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ تُضِئُ لِأَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ كَمَا تُضِئُ نُجُومُ السَّمَاءِ لِأَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ»
English Translation
Ibn Abbas said: "Mosques are the houses of Allah on earth. They shine for the people of the heavens just as the stars of the sky shine for the people of the earth."
