حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَرِيفٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، قَالَ: لَقِيتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، فِي بَعْضِ طُرُقِ الْمَدِينَةِ، فَقَالَ: أَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، وَأَنَا أَحْمَدُ، وَأَنَا نَبِيُّ الرَّحْمَةِ، وَنَبِيُّ التَّوْبَةِ، وَأَنَا الْمُقَفَّى، وَأَنَا الْحَاشِرُ، وَنَبِيُّ الْمَلاحِمِ. حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، نَحْوَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ، هَكَذَا، قَالَ حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ.
English Translation
Hadrat Hudhaifa said:"I encountered the Noble Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) in one of the streets of Medina, and he said: “I am Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him); I am Ahmad; I am the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) of Mercy and the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) of Repentance; I am the Follower ; I am the Gatherer and the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) of the Fierce Battles.”
Urdu Translation
حضرت حذیفہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے مدینے کی ایک گلی میں ملا تو آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: میں محمد ہوں، میں احمد ہوں، میں نبی رحمت ہوں، نبی توبہ ہوں، میں مقفّی ہوں (سب انبیاء کے بعد آنے والا)، میں حاشر ہوں اور نبی الملاحم (جنگوں والا نبی) ہوں۔
