Arabic (Original)
وَأَبْنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ , قَالا:" أُولِي الْفِقْهِ وَالْعِلْمِ".
English Translation
Ibn Abd al-Malik and Ata (may Allah have mercy on them) said: 'Those in authority means the people of jurisprudence and knowledge.'
Urdu Translation
ابن عبد الملک رحمہ اللہ اور عطاء رحمہما اللہ نے فرمایا:﴿أُولِي الْأَمْرِ﴾سے مراد اہلِ فقہ اور علم والے ہیں۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب التفسير/حدیث: 655]
