Arabic (Original)
نَا نَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: نَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ثُمَامَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ:" شَهِدْتُأَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍيَضْرِبُ إِمَاءَهُ الْحَدَّ إِذَا زَنَيْنَ، تَزَوَّجْنَ أَوْ لَمْ يَتَزَوَّجْنَ".
English Translation
Thumamah ibn Abdullah ibn Anas (may Allah have mercy on him) said: 'I witnessed Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) administering the prescribed punishment to his bondwomen when they committed fornication, whether they were married or not.'
Urdu Translation
ثمامہ بن عبداللہ بن انس رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کو اپنی لونڈیوں پر حد جاری کرتے دیکھا، خواہ وہ نکاح کر چکی ہوں یا نہ کی ہوں۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب التفسير/حدیث: 614]
