Arabic (Original)
نا نا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ ظُهَيْرٍ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ , قَالَ:" سَمِعْتُعُمَرَرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُيَقْرَأُ: الْحَيُّ الْقَيَّامُ".
English Translation
Al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the verse: 'And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses' (Aal Imran: 49): Isa (peace be upon him) used to tell people what they had eaten and what they had stored in their homes, as a sign of his prophethood.
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عمرو بن میمون رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: میں نے سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کو﴿الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ﴾کی بجائے«الْحَيُّ الْقَيَّامُ»پڑھتے سنا۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب التفسير/حدیث: 487]
