Arabic (Original)
نا نا هُشَيْمٌ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ:" كَانَعُمَرُ،وَعُثْمَانُيَكْرَهَانِ الْعَزْلَ، وَيَقُولانِ:" مَنْ جَامَعَ فَأَكْسَلَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْغُسْلُ"، وَكَانَ رِجَالٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ لا يَرَوْنَ بِالْعَزْلِ بَأْسًا، وَيَقُولانِ: مَنْ جَامَعَ، ثُمَّ أَكْسَلَ فَلا غُسْلَ عَلَيْهِ.
English Translation
Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib said: "Umar and Uthman used to dislike withdrawal and would say: 'Whoever has intercourse and fails to ejaculate (within the wife) must still perform ghusl.' Some men of the Ansar saw no harm in withdrawal and would say: 'If one has intercourse and does not ejaculate, there is no ghusl upon him.'"
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عمر اور سیدنا عثمان رضی اللہ عنہما عزل کو ناپسند کرتے تھے اور کہتے تھے:”اگر جماع کے بعد انزال ہو تو غسل لازم ہے۔“جبکہ انصار کے بعض لوگ عزل میں کوئی حرج نہیں سمجھتے تھے اور کہتے تھے:”اگر انزال نہ ہو تو غسل واجب نہیں۔“[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 3407]
