Arabic (Original)
نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، نا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، فِيامْرَأَةٍ طَلَّقَهَا زَوْجُهَا ثَلاثًا، فَتَزَوَّجَتْ غُلامًا لَمْ يَحْتَلِمْ فَجَامَعَهَا، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا، قَالَ:" لَيْسَ بِزَوْجٍ".
English Translation
Al-Hasan said regarding a woman who was divorced three times and then married a boy who had not reached puberty and had relations with her, then divorced her: "He is not (considered) a husband."
Urdu Translation
حضرت حسن بصری رحمہ اللہ سے مروی ہے کہ اگر کسی عورت نے نابالغ غلام سے نکاح کر کے ہمبستری کی، تو وہ نکاح معتبر نہیں ہوگا۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 3181]
