Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَاخَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْعَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْعَطَاءٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلّ:" وَقُولُوا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْنًا سورة البقرة آية 83، قَالَ:" لِلنَّاسِ كُلِّهِمْ، لِلْمُشْرِكِ، وَغَيْرِ الْمُشْرِكِ".
English Translation
Sahl ibn Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) that he said: "Everything has a heart, and the heart of the Quran is Ya-Sin. Whoever recites Ya-Sin, Allah will record for him the reward of reciting the Quran ten times."
Urdu Translation
عطاء رحمہ اللہ فرماتے ہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے اس فرمان﴿وَقُولُوا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْنًا﴾(اور لوگوں سے بھلی بات کہو) کے بارے میں کہا:”اس سے مراد تمام لوگ ہیں، چاہے وہ مشرک ہوں یا غیر مشرک۔“[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب التفسير/حدیث: 194]
