Arabic (Original)
نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:" مَنْ كَانَ عَلَى غَيْرِ الإِسْلامِ فَتَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَابْنَتَهَا، فَدَخَلَ بِوَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُمَا، ثُمَّ أَسْلَمُوا فَقَدْ حُرِّمَتَا عَلَيْهِ".
English Translation
Al-Hasan said: "If a person in a state other than Islam married a woman and her daughter, and consummated the marriage with one of them, then they all embraced Islam — both women become permanently unlawful to him."
Urdu Translation
حضرت حسن رحمہ اللہ نے فرمایا:”جو کفر کی حالت میں عورت اور اس کی بیٹی سے نکاح کرے اور ان میں سے کسی ایک سے ہمبستری کرے، پھر اسلام لے آئے تو دونوں حرام ہو جائیں گی۔“[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 2970]
