حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّقَرِيِّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ،" فِيالْمُوَلَّى عَنْهَا وَالْمُطَلَّقَةِ إِذَا خَطَبَهَا زَوْجُهَا فِي عِدَّتِهَا , ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، فَلَهَا الْمَهْرُ كَامِلا وَبَانَتِ الْعِدَّةُ".
English Translation
Ibrahim said regarding a woman against whom ila' was pronounced or who was divorced, if her husband remarries her during her waiting period and then divorces her before consummation: "She is entitled to the full dowry and the waiting period is concluded."
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابراہیم رحمہ اللہ نے فرمایا: ایلاء یا طلاق کے بعد اگر شوہر عدت میں بیوی سے نکاح کرے اور خلوت سے پہلے طلاق دے تو مکمل مہر ہے اور عدت ختم ہو جاتی ہے۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 2636]
