Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا عُبَيْدَةُ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:" إِذَا كَانَ الدَّرْءُ مِنْ قِبَلِهِ فَمَا أَخَذَ مِنْهَا كَالْمَيْتَةِ، وَالدَّمِ، وَلَحْمِ الْخِنْزِيزِ".
English Translation
Al-Sha'bi said: "If the discord is from the husband's side, then what he takes from her is like (eating) carrion, blood, and the flesh of swine (i.e., absolutely forbidden)."
Urdu Translation
حضرت شعبی رحمہ اللہ نے فرمایا: اگر فساد شوہر کی طرف سے ہو تو عورت سے مال لینا مردار، خون اور خنزیر کے گوشت کی طرح حرام ہے۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 2614]
