حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ،" أَنَّهُ كَانَلا يَرَى الْخُلْعَ دُونَ السُّلْطَانِ".
English Translation
Al-Hasan al-Basri used to hold that khul' is not valid without the involvement of the authorities (sultan).
