نا نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَشُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْعَلِيٍّرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ , أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:" إِذَا رَاجَعَهَا فِي الْعِدَّةِ فَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ، تَزَوَّجَتْ أَوْ لَمْ تَتَزَوَّجْ، دَخَلَ بِهَا أَوْ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا، عَلِمَتْ أَوْ لَمْ تَعْلَمْ".
English Translation
Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say: "If he took her back during the waiting period, she is his wife - whether she remarried or not, whether the new husband consummated the marriage or not, whether she knew about the revocation or not."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے فرمایا: اگر شوہر عدت میں رجوع کر لے تو عورت اسی کی ہوگی چاہے نکاح کر لے یا نہ کرے، دخول ہو یا نہ ہو، جانتی ہو یا نہ ہو۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 2497]
