Arabic (Original)
نَا نَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، عَنْ غَيْلانَ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ، عَنِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:" مَنْ سَمِعَ صَوْتَ الرَّعْدِ، فَلْيَقُلْ: سُبْحَانَ مَنْ سَبَّحَتْ لَهُ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ مَرَّتَيْنِ".
English Translation
Sa'id ibn Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the verse: 'And the one who has knowledge of the Scripture' (al-Ra'd: 43) — He said: 'It refers to Allah Himself, who has full knowledge of the Scripture.'

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا: جو شخص رعد کی آواز سنے تو کہے: سبحان من سبحت له، سبحان اللہ العظیم، دو بار۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب التفسير/حدیث: 1164]
