Arabic (Original)
وعن أوس بن أوس، رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إن من أفضل أيامكم يوم الجمعة، فأكثروا على من الصلاة فيه، فإن صلاتكم معروضة علي" فقالوا: يا رسول الله، كيف تعرض صلاتنا عليك وقد أرمت؟ قال: يقول: بلىت، قال: "إن الله عز وجل حرم على الأرض أجساد الأنبياء" رواه أبو داود بإسناد صحيح.
English Translation
Aus bin Aus (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "Among the best of your days is Friday; so supplicate Allah more often for me in it , for your supplications will be displayed to me." He was asked: "O Beloved Messenger of Allah! How will our blessings be displayed to you when your decayed body will have mixed with the earth?" He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) replied, "Allah has prohibited the earth from consuming the bodies of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)s.".
Urdu Translation
حضرت اوس بن اوس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: تمہارے دنوں میں سب سے افضل جمعہ کا دن ہے، پس اس دن مجھ پر کثرت سے درود بھیجو کیونکہ تمہارا درود مجھ پر پیش کیا جاتا ہے۔ (حضرت ابوداؤد)
