وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: كان فراش رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من أدم حشوه ليف. ((رواه البخاري)).
English Translation
Hadrat 'Aishah (may Allah be well pleased with her) reported that the mattress of Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was a piece of tanned skin stuffed with palm fibres..
Urdu Translation
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا فرماتی ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا بستر چمڑے کا تھا جس میں کھجور کے ریشے بھرے ہوئے تھے۔ (رواہ البخاری)
