Arabic (Original)
وعن أبي موسى، رضي الله عنه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال "إن الله تعالى يبسط يده بالليل ليتوب مسئ النهار، ويبسط يده بالنهار ليتوب مسئ الليل حتى تطلع الشمس من مغربها" ((رواه مسلم)).
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Musa (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported:the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "Allah, the Exalted, stretches His Hand during the night so that those who commit sins by day may repent, and He stretches His Hand in the day so that those who commit sins by night may repent. He keeps doing so until the sun rises from the West"..
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "اللہ تعالیٰ رات کو اپنا ہاتھ پھیلاتا ہے تاکہ دن کو گناہ کرنے والا توبہ کرے، اور دن کو اپنا ہاتھ پھیلاتا ہے تاکہ رات کو گناہ کرنے والا توبہ کرے۔ یہ سلسلہ اس وقت تک جاری رہے گا جب تک سورج مغرب سے طلوع نہ ہو جائے۔" (رواہ مسلم)
