Arabic (Original)
وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "يضحك الله سبحانه وتعالى إلى رجلين يقتل أحدهما الآخر يدخلان الجنة، يقاتل هذا في سبيل الله فيقتل، ثم يتوب الله على القاتل فيسلم فيستشهد" ((متفق عليه)) .
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported:Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "Allah, the Exalted, smiles at two men, one of them killed the other and both will enter Jannah. The first is killed by the other while he is fighting in the Cause of Allah, and thereafter Allah will turn in mercy to the second and guide him to accept Islam and then he dies as a Shaheed (martyr) fighting in the Cause of Allah."
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ دو آدمیوں پر تعجب فرماتا ہے جن میں سے ایک دوسرے کو قتل کرتا ہے اور دونوں جنت میں داخل ہوتے ہیں۔ ایک اللہ کی راہ میں لڑتا ہے اور شہید ہو جاتا ہے، پھر اللہ تعالیٰ قاتل پر رحم فرماتا ہے اور وہ مسلمان ہو جاتا ہے پھر اللہ کی راہ میں شہادت پاتا ہے۔ (متفق علیہ)
