عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ سَعْدِ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ الْخُدْرِيّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه و سلم قَالَ: " لَا ضَرَرَ وَلَا ضِرَارَ" . حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ، رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ فِي "الْمُوَطَّإِ" عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه و سلم مُرْسَلًا، فَأَسْقَطَ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ، وَلَهُ طُرُقٌ يُقَوِّي بَعْضُهَا بَعْضًا.
English Translation
On the authority of Hadrat Abu Sa'id Sa'd ibn Malik ibn Sinan al-Khudri (may Allah be well pleased with him), that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm." A good (hasan) hadith, related by Ibn Majah, ad-Daraqutni, and others as a musnad hadith. It was also related by Malik in al-Muwatta as a mursal hadith from 'Amr ibn Yahya, from his father, from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), omitting Hadrat Abu Sa'id. It has various chains of narration that strengthen one another.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو سعید سعد بن مالک بن سنان خدری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: نہ نقصان پہنچاؤ اور نہ نقصان اٹھاؤ۔ یہ حدیثِ حسن ہے، اسے ابن ماجہ اور دارقطنی وغیرہ نے مسند حدیث کے طور پر روایت کیا ہے۔ اسے مالک نے موطا میں عمرو بن یحییٰ سے، وہ اپنے باپ سے، وہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے مرسل روایت کیا ہے، حضرت ابو سعید کا نام چھوڑ دیا ہے۔ اس کی کئی سندیں ہیں جو ایک دوسرے کو تقویت دیتی ہیں۔
