Arabic (Original)
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعُهُمَا عَنْ خِيَارٍ " .
English Translation
It was narrated from Sufyan, from 'Abdullah bin Dinar, from Hadrat Ibn 'Umar, from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who said: "Two traders have the choice as long as they have not separated, or, they have chosen to conclude the transaction
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: بیچنے والے اور خریدنے والے دونوں کو اختیار ہے جب تک وہ جدا نہ ہوں، یا ان کی بیع خیار سے ہو۔
