Arabic (Original)
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ خِيَارًا " .
English Translation
It was narrated from Yahaya, from 'Ubaidullah who said: "Nafi narrated to me from Hadrat Ibn 'Umar, tht the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: 'the two parties to a transaction both have the choice so long as they have not separated, or they have chosen." (Sahih)
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: بیچنے والے اور خریدنے والے دونوں کو اختیار ہے جب تک وہ جدا نہ ہوں یا اختیار کر لیں۔
