Arabic (Original)
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " جَرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ " .
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "The injuries caused by the best are without liability, and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جانور کا زخمی کرنا رائیگاں ہے، کنویں میں گر کر مر جانا رائیگاں ہے، اور کان میں دب کر مر جانا رائیگاں ہے، اور جاہلیت کے دفینہ میں پانچواں حصہ ہے“۔
