Arabic (Original)
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ زُرَيْعٍ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ إِذَا رَكَعَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ حَتَّى يُحَاذِيَ بِهِمَا فُرُوعَ أُذُنَيْهِ " .
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Malik bin Al-Huwairith (may Allah be well pleased with him) that:He saw the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) raise his hands when he bowed, and when he raised his head from bowing, until they were in level with the highest part of his ears
Urdu Translation
حضرت مالک بن حویرث رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو دیکھا کہ آپ رکوع کرتے، اور رکوع سے سر اٹھاتے، تو اپنے دونوں ہاتھ اٹھاتے یہاں تک کہ انہیں اپنے کانوں کی لو کے برابر کر لیتے۔
