English Translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "When someone becomes bankrupt (insolvent) and another person finds his own goods with him, then he has more right to them." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 965]
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ جب کوئی مفلس (یعنی دیوالیہ) ہو جائے پھر دوسرا شخص اپنا اسباب اس کے پاس پائے، تو وہ اس کا زیادہ حقدار ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 965]
