English Translation
Narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever spends a pair of anything in the cause of Allah will be called from the gates of Paradise: 'O servant of Allah, this is good.' Whoever is among the people of prayer will be called from the gate of prayer. Whoever is among the people of jihad will be called from the gate of jihad. Whoever is among the people of charity will be called from the gate of charity. Whoever is among the people of fasting will be called from the gate of al-Rayyan." Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "O Messenger of Allah, no one called from those gates would need anything else. But will anyone be called from all of them?" He said: "Yes, and I hope that you will be one of them."
Urdu Translation
حمید کہتے ہیں کہسیدنا انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے پچھنے لگانے والے کی کمائی کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا تو انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ابوطیبہ سے پچھنے لگوائے پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ان کو دو صاع اناج دینے کا حکم فرمایا اور اس کے مالکوں سے فرمایا کہ اس سے محصول کم لیں۔ (یعنی جو خراج اس سے لیتے تھے) اور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ دواؤں میں جن سے تم علاج کرتے ہو، افضل دوا پچھنے لگانا ہے یا یہ فرمایا: تمہاری بہترین دواؤں میں سے ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 936]
