English Translation
Narrated Zaynab bint Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with them both): She used to say: All the wives of the Prophet (peace be upon him) refused that anyone come to their house having drunk milk in this manner (i.e., being suckled at an advanced age, as mentioned in the previous hadith). And they used to say to Umm al-Mu'minin A'ishah al-Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her): We only understand that this was a special dispensation from the Prophet (peace be upon him) for Salim, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) never brought anyone to us who had been suckled in such a way, nor do we consider it permissible. سیدہ زینب بنت ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہما کہتی تھیں کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی تمام ازواج اس سے انکار کرتی تھیں کہ کوئی ان کے گھر میں اس طرح کا دودھ پی کر آئے۔ (یعنی بڑی عمر میں اس کو دودھ پلا دیا جائے جیسے پچھلی حدیث میں گزرا)۔ اور ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا کو کہتی تھیں کہ ہم تو یہی جانتی ہیں کہ یہ سالم کے لئے نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی خاص رخصت تھی اور نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمہمارے سامنے ایسا دودھ پلا کر کسی کو نہیں لائے اور نہ ہم اس کو جائز خیال کرتی ہیں۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 881]
