English Translation
Narrated Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf: Fatimah bint Qays informed him that she was in the marriage of Abu Amr ibn Hafs ibn al-Mughirah, and Abu Amr gave her the third of three divorces. Then she supposed that she had come to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and asked for a verdict about moving out of that house, and he (peace be upon him) had commanded her to move to the house of Abdullah ibn Umm Maktum (may Allah be pleased with him). At this, Marwan refused to accept that a divorced woman may leave her (husband's) house. And Urwah said: A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) also rejected Fatimah's statement. (A divorced woman should not leave her husband's house.) [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 861]
Urdu Translation
ابوسلمہ بن عبدالرحمن بن عوف سے روایت ہے کہفاطمہ بنت قیس نے اس کو خبر دی کہ وہ ابوعمرو بن حفص بن مغیرہ کے نکاح میں تھیں اور ابوعمرو نے انہیں تین طلاقوں میں سے تیسری بھی دے دی۔ پھر وہ گمان کرتی تھی کہ وہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے پاس آئی تھی اور اس گھر سے نکلنے کے بارے میں فتویٰ پوچھا تھا، تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے اس کو عبداللہ بن ام مکتوم رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس منتقل ہونے کا حکم دیا تھا۔ اس مروان نے اس بات کی تصدیق کرنے سے انکار کیا کہ مطلقہ عورت (خاوند کے) گھر سے نکل سکتی ہے۔ اور عروہ نے کہا کہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بھی فاطمہ کی بات کا انکار کر دیا۔ (مطلقہ عورت اپنے خاوند کے گھر سے باہر نہ نکلے)[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 861]
