English Translation
Narrated 'Abdullah, the freed slave of Asma (may Allah be pleased with her): Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) said to me, while she was halting near the house of Muzdalifa, "Has the moon set?" I said, "No." So she prayed for a little while, then said to me, "O my son! Has the moon set?" I said, "Yes." She said, "Set out with me." So we set out until she cast the pebbles at the Jamra, then prayed at her place of halting. I said that we had set out very early in the morning, so she said, "O my son! There is no harm, because the Prophet (peace be upon him) has permitted women to set out early in the morning."
Urdu Translation
سیدہ اسماء رضی اللہ عنہا کے آزاد کردہ غلام عبداللہ کہتے ہیں کہمجھ سے سیدہ اسماء رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا اور وہ مزدلفہ دار کے پاس ٹھہری ہوئی تھیں کہ کیا چاند غروب ہو گیا؟ میں نے کہا کہ نہیں۔ تو انہوں نے تھوڑی دیر نماز پڑھی پھر مجھ سے کہا کہ اے میرے بچے! کیا چاند ڈوب گیا؟ میں نے کہا ہاں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ میرے ساتھ روانہ ہو۔ پس ہم روانہ ہوئے یہاں تک کہ انہوں نے جمرہ کو کنکریاں مار لیں پھر اپنی جائے قیام پر نماز پڑھی۔ میں نے کہا کہ ہم بہت صبح سویرے روانہ ہوئے تو انہوں نے کہا کہ اے میرے بیٹے! کچھ حرج نہیں کیونکہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے عورتوں کو صبح سویرے روانہ ہونے کی اجازت دی ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 718]
